Job summary

StudySmarter GmbH is seeking individuals to participate in National and Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials and Market Research assignments. Most studies offer remote online or in-person participation from home.

Earn up to £700 per week as a part-time focus group panelist with pay per hour sessions ranging £55-£120. No prior customer service experience is required; simply participate, complete surveys, and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
• Must have access to high speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments.
• Complete written surveys provided for each panel.
• Provide honest feedback on products and services discussed in sessions.
