• Proven experience in Hard Services FM, including self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance.
• Manage and direct the Engineering and Operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage financial plans focusing on revenue and profit.
• Identify improvements and ensure compliance with statutory commitments.
• Deliver effective communication and training.
