A legal services firm is recruiting for a Family Solicitor/CILEX with over 5 years of PQE to join their expanding Family Department. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, handle Divorce and Financial settlement cases, and work on various Family matters while enjoying the flexibility of full remote working. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in Family Law required.
• Current clean practising certificate from the SRA required.
• Experience following admittance to the roll in Family Law.

• Organize tasks to meet deadlines.

Skills

Previous experience of private practice in family law

Solid understanding of financial remedies

Experience in Divorce and Financial matters

Experience in advising on separation agreements

Passionate about Family Law

Education

Educated to degree level

Strong LPC pass or equivalent

Experience in Family Law training
