Job summary

Hireful is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to lead design and delivery for wealth-management clients, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 CRM. This remote-first role has a London base and offers a £75,000 salary plus bonus potential.

You will run discovery workshops, shape data models and security, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with vendors to deliver board MI and operational dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on delivery on the Microsoft Power Platform, with strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills and working knowledge of Dataverse.
• Dynamics 365 experience, ideally configuring or customising Customer Engagement apps.
• Confidence working directly with clients and explaining technical choices in plain language.
• Experience partnering with software vendors or technology partners to deliver for shared clients.
• Desirable: wealth management or financial advice experience, Power BI and DAX, business analysis, Azure DevOps, or PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600 certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and build model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows and Dataverse data models for wealth management clients.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM platforms, shaping data models, security roles, integrations and environments that scale.
• Run discovery workshops, map processes and turn requirements into clear user stories.
• Partner with CRM providers on joint client delivery, and build Power BI reporting from board MI to operational dashboards.
• Mentor colleagues and help grow the Power Platform practice.
