Job summary

La Fosse is partnering with a global organisation to recruit several Senior AI Solutions Engineers for a newly created AI function, backed by executive sponsorship and significant investment. The role will shape how GenAI and agentic AI are deployed across a 60+ sector, international business.

You'll build production AI products and workflows that deliver measurable business value, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to deploy in production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production AI solutions in a commercial environment.
• Strong software engineering foundations and hands-on development experience.
• Experience with LLM applications, agentic workflows or AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

• Building production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
• Designing AI-powered automations and intelligent workflows.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and gather requirements.
• Translating business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Working with AI platform, governance and product teams to deploy solutions into production.
• Helping establish best practices and frameworks for a brand-new AI Engineering function.
