KnoWho is hiring a Junior Paid Search / PPC Executive to join our growing digital team. This remote-first role with Manchester or London hubs offers a starting salary of £30,000 and is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ agency experience who wants to take the next step.

You’ll manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, perform keyword research, monitor budgets and analyse performance. You’ll work with the wider team to drive results and continue learning in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Around 1–2 years’ experience in a digital/marketing agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Ideally some experience with Microsoft Ads.
• Good understanding of PPC principles, campaign structure and optimisation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage workload and stay organised.
• Self-starter mentality and ownership of work.

Responsabilités

• Create, manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Keyword research, search term analysis and campaign optimisation.
• Monitor budgets, bids and campaign performance.
• Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support campaign reporting and present key findings.
• Work with the wider digital team to deliver strong results for clients.
• Assist campaign strategy, testing and ongoing optimisation.
• Keep up to date with changes across paid search and digital advertising.
• Use Google Sheets and Google Workspace to manage data, reporting and campaign information.
