Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hunt destinations, experiences and concepts and turn them into real, bookable trips for solo travellers.
• Design end-to-end itineraries with standout moments and connection opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and local suppliers to ensure unique, well-paced trips.
• Use guest feedback, insights and competitor research to refine products.
• Set launch budgets with Pricing team and ensure financial health from day one.
• Own early-stage trip performance including occupancy, margins and quality scores.
• Ensure trips meet Flash Pack quality benchmarks before handing to Product Ops.
• Keep up with travel trends and feed ideas into the roadmap.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure successful, scalable launches.
