Qualifications

• Previous experience with access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Experience with fire alarm systems, ideally GENT based.
• Broad technical IT knowledge including Windows OS and networking.
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles.

Responsibilities

• Attend to maintenance calls on site and/or by telephone.
• Rectify faults on the first visit when possible.
• Conduct preventative maintenance visits.
• Maintain accurate records and site configurations.
• Provide training to customers and colleagues.
