Job summary

Rgh-Global Limited is recruiting a Financial Planner for new business in a fully remote role based in the UK. You will focus on converting inbound enquiries into client relationships, delivering regulated financial planning and investment advice, and growing assets under management with support from a dedicated lead generation team.

You should combine strong technical planning with excellent communication and a commercially driven approach, enabling you to build long-term advisory relationships

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent.
• Experience as a regulated Financial Adviser/Planner or Wealth Adviser.
• Proven ability to convert prospective clients and generate new business.
• Experience engaging with inbound enquiries or lead-driven sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, retirement planning and investments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries from the internal lead generation team.
• Conduct initial client meetings to understand objectives and circumstances.
• Present suitable financial planning and investment solutions.
• Convert qualified enquiries into new client relationships and assets under management.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects through the advice process.
• Collaborate with paraplanners, admin, compliance and onboarding teams.
