Job summary

STUDIOCANAL LIMITED, the in-house studio of CANAL+ Group, is offering a VIE – Financial Controller Assistant based in London for a 1-year starting 1 January 2027. You will join the TV series and production finance teams to support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and tax credit work.

You should be fluent in English, with a Finance or Accounting degree and prior audit or controlling experience. Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and autonomy are essential; passion for film and TV

Qualifications

• Fluent English language required.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in audit or controlling within the industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting packages and deadlines.
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasts.
• Aid audit activities and provide supporting documentation.
• Support close, SPV wind-downs, and tax credit processes.
• Gather and analyze production budget data for benchmarking.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and business teams.
