Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems in a remote, worldwide setting.

You will assess AI-generated accounting outputs, annotate financial statements, and provide clear corrections. Prior AI training or human-data experience is required, and familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting for ERP systems.
• Proficient with AI training or human-data evaluation in finance.
• Ability to review and annotate financial data and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and system logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
