Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and clear backlog items across the purchase ledger.

• Support card spend and expense workflows, ensuring accurate coding and approval.
• Resolve system-related issues within Sage Intacct.
• Liaise confidently across departments to gather information and solve problems.
• Assist with monthly preparation and other ad hoc duties.
