Qualifications

  • Proven track record of winning new business in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in energy consultancy, TPI or brokerage is essential.
  • Confidence, resilience, positive attitude.
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Demonstrable field sales success from other sectors encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through face-to-face sales, cold calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with pricing specialists to convert leads and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and track performance.
  • Represent the business in client meetings and industry events.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Report key insights to the Head of Field Sales.
