Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree with oncology or neuroscience focus; minimum 3 years' experience.
• Minimum 2 years as MSL/CTL or similar field-based role.
• Proven ability to engage KOLs, PIs, and site staff.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work outside normal hours.
• Strong networking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, Principal investigators, sub-investigators, and healthcare providers within Neuroscience, Oncology and Neuro-oncology.
• Serve as field-based scientific and clinical trial expert to engage PIs and clinical site staff in discussions regarding the protocol.
• Lead and drive site engagement strategies to improve trial performance and enrollment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop territory plans and share insights with CRO partners.
• Identify and communicate clinical issues and insights from sites to study teams with recommendations.
• Participate in clinical study education for healthcare professionals and support site presentations at conferences.
• Provide scientific support for site engagement deliverables and material development.
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints per policy.
