Job summary

A leading online learning platform is seeking tutors for personalized ESL instruction for students located in Singapore and Hong Kong. The role offers a flexible schedule, with a pay rate of $20 USD per class. Ideal candidates have at least a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience, and a passion for education. Successful applicants will ensure a welcoming environment, may work up to 20 hours weekly, and should be available during GMT operational hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards and curriculum.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for each student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students professionally.
• Attend all classes on time.
