Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting clinicians for Enhanced Access Service, delivering face-to-face, telephone and remote consultations. You will assess urgent and routine health needs, prioritise problems, and implement evidence-based management plans in line with national guidelines.

You will prescribe where appropriate, make referrals to secondary care, maintain accurate records, engage in safeguarding, and provide health promotion and self-management advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide face to face, telephone, and remote consultations within the Enhanced Access Service.
• Assess patients presenting with urgent and routine healthcare needs.
• Prioritise clinical problems and initiate appropriate treatment, including emergency intervention where required.
