Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which aligns best with prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This is a freelance/independent contractor role with flexible hours. You can earn up to USD 15 per hour, paid weekly, plus incentives through Missions and top-quartile

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to review content carefully.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to pick a clear choice when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion or text errors and mismatched audio.
• Write specific explanations in English pointing to what was observed or heard.
