Job summary

Outlier AI is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a freelance basis. Work remotely from the United Kingdom, roleplaying live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring outputs while writing explanations in English.

You will assess images, videos, and captions for alignment to prompts and provide concise feedback. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail, capable of clear written communication, and comfortable deciding

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
