Job summary

A prominent real estate services firm is seeking an Engineering Compliance Analyst to manage compliance across their portfolio, ensuring adherence to regulations. You will prepare compliance plans, report on performance, and support teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical and electrical asset management and a solid understanding of UK statutory inspection legislation. This role is remote but based in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience of mechanical and electrical asset management.
• Understanding of UK M&E statutory inspection legislation.
• Experience working in a compliance management role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the Compliance Plan and statutory mappings.
• Ensure suppliers maintain GPA technical compliance.
• Produce reports on compliance activity.
• Act as point of contact for compliance support.
• Develop a portfolio programme of statutory requirements.
