Job summary
Inspired is a leading provider of energy and sustainability solutions in the UK. We are looking for a Risk Manager to join our Risk team; this home-based role involves travel to our office at least twice a month.
You will develop hedging strategies, monitor performance and report on risk controls. A strong numerical background and experience in energy trading are essential.

Qualifications
- Energy industry experience is required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential.
- Experience with energy trading and risk management is preferred.
- Degree in STEM and GCSEs in Maths/English are required.
Responsibilities
- Hold regular meetings with customers to discuss hedging strategy.
- Create strategies and frameworks to deliver customers objectives.
- Monitor hedging performance and report on risk effectiveness.
- Understand end-to-end product lifecycle from pricing to billing.
- Manage operational and regulatory risks and escalate as needed.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including finance and procurement.
