Responsibilities

• Discuss products with customers who have not completed their online sale.
• Contact customers who showed interest but haven't purchased yet.
• Help customers transition to new boiler or greener options.
• Work across multiple lead sources to complete sales.
• Follow compliant sales techniques to meet customer needs.
• Support the inbound sales line team when needed.
