Responsibilities

• Review allocated claims brought against clients in the Employment Tribunal.
• Represent clients in Tribunals and hearing contested cases.
• Prepare cases, write up and run trials in court.
• Provide clear assessment of client cases and identify/manage risks.
• Present all legal arguments relevant to the client interests.
