• At least two years post-registration experience in urgent, emergency, or unscheduled care.
• Evidence of CPD in addition to the minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote clinical assessments and manage incidents effectively.
• Support and coach Emergency Medical Advisors and dispatch teams.

Skills

Registered with HCPC/NMC

Telephone triage/remote assessment experience

Mentoring, coaching or supervision qualification

High level of typing accuracy

Effective communication skills
