Job summary

Domestic & General Group is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Analyst to operate core first‑line risk controls across the supplier lifecycle. The role engages with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal and business owners to complete risk assessments and ensure timely remediation.

The successful candidate will maintain auditable records, prepare governance packs and escalate material risks or breaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in third party risk, procurement, supplier management, operational risk, compliance, audit or regulated environments.
• Ability to understand supplier lifecycle, due diligence, risk assessment and evidence management.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate records and reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support third party risk assessments for new and existing engagements, ensuring due diligence is completed.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to build a complete view of supplier risk.
• Review information and evidence to identify gaps and ensure mandatory requirements are met.
• Maintain central third‑party risk records and governance reporting.
• Monitor open findings, remediation actions and review dates; escalate material risks as needed.
• Support ongoing monitoring and periodic reassessments of high‑risk suppliers.
