Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical system architectures for new products and technologies, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, P&IDs, and system integration plans.
• Specify and select electrical components, including microcontrollers, power management ICs, sensors, and actuators.
• Conduct electrical simulations and analyses (e.g., SPICE, thermal analysis) to validate designs.
• Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols for electrical systems.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to remote hardware and firmware development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues encountered during development and production phases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams via virtual platforms to ensure project milestones are met.
• Stay abreast of emerging electrical engineering trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Document designs, specifications, and test results thoroughly in a digital format.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical systems design and development.
• Proven expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with electrical design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, PSpice, LTspice).
• Strong understanding of control systems theory and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
