Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering AI Trainer to design challenging problems, author rigorous solutions, and audit AI performance across EE domains. You will shape how AI reasons through circuit analysis, power systems, and signal processing in a remote, flexible contract.

This fully remote role offers 10–40 hours per week with autonomy to set your schedule, collaborating with leading AI labs to advance engineering AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundations in core EE areas and ability to articulate complex concepts in writing.
• Independent work in an async environment with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced, domain-specific EE problems spanning circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing and more.
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step solutions for AI learning and evaluation.
• Audit Technical Accuracy — Review AI-generated materials for correctness, safety and engineering standards.
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Provide expert feedback to improve AI problem-solving approaches.
• Document Failure Modes — Record how AI models fall short to guide improvements.
