A fashion brand based in London is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to support their online store operations. Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in an e-commerce, operations, or retail coordination role.

• Comfortable navigating digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product information on Shopify.
• Ensure product content reflects brand tone and standards.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate syncing.
• Process and follow up on online orders and customer inquiries.
• Assist in compiling e-commerce performance reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams.
• Assist in implementing seasonal updates and promotions.
• Identify and troubleshoot errors across platforms.
