Job summary

Lighthouse Pathways is seeking a Dyslexia (SpLD) Diagnostic Assessor for remote, contractor-based work across the UK. You will perform remote assessments, prepare SASC-compliant reports, and conduct feedback sessions.

The role requires a Level 7 SASC assessor qualification with APC or HCPC registration and at least two years of independent diagnostic practice. Applicants should have experience with 11–15-year-olds and with university students seeking DSA reports.

Qualifications

• SASC Level 7 assessor qualification and APC or HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years' independent diagnostic practice after qualifying.
• Experience assessing 11–15-year-olds and university/mature students with DSA evidence.
• Remote diagnostic assessment experience and use of SASC materials.

Responsibilities

• Carry out remote diagnostic assessments for dyslexia.
• Complete SASC compliant reports using a template system.
• Conduct feedback sessions.
• Maintain supervision/peer review (two sessions per year) and an annual evidence pack.
