Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,400 - 1,600 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct transfer

Schedule: Our office is open 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, 7 Days per week; actual work hours and days to be determined

Job Overview

Our client is the largest Mobile Pet Grooming Company in South Carolina with 13 mobile units and 14 groomers based in Charleston, South Carolina. They offer premium baths, haircuts and related services for dogs and cats backed by exceptional customer service and a superior and supportive work environment for pet groomer employees.

This position is focused on working with new and existing clients to schedule appointments while optimizing appointments, routing, and travel between appointments for groomers to maximize revenue and efficiency. It also includes supporting groomers while they work remotely, managing administrative tasks to document client and pet information, and client follow-up for re-booking and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly answer and respond to customer calls, texts, and emails
  • Booking appointments for most efficient routing while meeting customer and groomer requirements
  • Confirming upcoming appointments
  • Validating and documenting appointment details for accuracy
  • Outbound calls and texts for quality control and rebooking
  • Collecting and recording client records and information
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
  • Ability to understand dog and cat breeds and grooming requirements
  • Ability to use mapping software to learn and optimize routing and timing for appointment scheduling and planning
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and voice
  • Proactive problem solving skills in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Must love animals, and be caring and empathetic to clients and fellow employees
