Remote Digital Marketing Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,600 - 1,800 USD/month paid ACH via Ramp.com (equivalent to direct deposit)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across all platforms. This role will manage paid campaigns, optimize website SEO and performance, and help create content that drives measurable growth for their brand and venue partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and fluent in Webflow, Meta, and LinkedInAds, with a strong understanding of performance tracking and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Campaign Management
    • Execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and (optionally) Google Search.
    • Track campaign performance and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with marketing and sales goals.
  • Venue Partnership Marketing
    • Support the execution and tracking of marketing strategies for venue partners.
    • Coordinate shared assets, campaigns, and performance updates to ensure alignment across brands.
  • SEO Optimization
    • Assess and improve SEO performance across three company websites.
    • Implement on-page SEO improvements within Webflow to increase organic visibility.
  • Website Management & Performance Tracking
    • Manage, update, and maintain content in Webflow.
    • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversions to identify areas for optimization.
  • SEO Content Creation
    • Create weekly SEO-optimized blog posts for the company website.
    • Repurpose content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms to expand reach and engagement.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Support data tracking and reporting for all digital platforms and paid campaigns.
    • Maintain dashboards and summarize results for leadership review.
  • Signage Creation
    • Create branded event signage weekly, ensuring design consistency and timely delivery.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Proficiency in Webflow (required).
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn Ads (required).
  • Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for signage and content creation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
