Qualifications

• 2+ years in hands-on digital marketing.
• Experience owning client accounts or channels.
• Portfolio with measurable results.
• Genuine design ability in Canva/Figma/Adobe.
• Strong branding and messaging consistency.
• Able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proactive in identifying gaps and acting on them.
• Excellent written English for UK clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing on client accounts end to end for multiple clients.
• Own and optimize the workflow behind campaigns.
• Design creatives, social graphics and ad assets to a professional standard.
• Write copy reflecting each client's brand voice.
• Plan and schedule content and keep calendars full.
• Analyze performance data and propose changes.
• Maintain brand consistency across site, ads, social, and email.
• Identify gaps in client marketing and implement fixes.
• Stay updated with platform changes and new AI tools.
