Job summary

trg. is seeking a hands-on DevOps Lead to improve how the software is built, deployed and supported while leading a small team of two. The role is remote with a monthlyLondon visit.

You will understand the current setup, identify improvements and take ownership of making those changes happen. You’ll have room to shape technical direction, enhance deployment pipelines and automation, and help the infra-focused team build DevOps capability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps and cloud engineering experience.
• Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep, Terraform or equivalent).
• Experience leading people and coaching engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the existing setup and identify improvements.
• Own the delivery of improvements and deployment tooling.
• Shape technical direction and optimize deployment pipelines and automation.
• Lead a small team, coaching and developing engineers over time.
• Take ownership of infrastructure evolution and tooling decisions.
