Job summary

CARBONAI LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to develop and validate data and AI prototypes that help customers understand sustainability and carbon-market information. You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales and sustainability experts to explore customer needs, test ideas and provide prototypes and requirements for production.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of commercial experience in data science or a closely related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate data-science, NLP and AI prototype workflows for extracting and structuring information from reports, documents and regulatory materials.
• Improve AI-powered features using retrieval, document-analysis and information-extraction techniques.
• Support predictive modelling, data-quality checks and geospatial analysis across climate and environmental datasets.
• Translate client feedback into product requirements with product and sales teams.
• Contribute to R&D on emerging data and AI approaches and market trends to suggest new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver validated prototypes and evaluation criteria.
