Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in data or compliance support in a training provider, local authority, or funded project environment.
• Confidence working independently with an adaptable proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Collate and validate learner and project data for GLA, GMCA and Warmer Homes contracts.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM and MIS systems.
• Ensure timely uploads to funding portals and reporting platforms.
• Support internal audits and external funding assurance checks.
• Produce periodic reports and dashboards to monitor performance.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of GLA, GMCA or AEB funding data

Competence using CRM or MIS systems

Strong Excel and data manipulation skills

Excellent attention to detail

Clear understanding of GDPR and data security principles
