Job summary

Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is seeking a Data Governance & Metadata Specialist to join a growing governance team. Remote role with Hampshire office visits 2–3 times a month, focusing on metadata services to enable trusted data and AI products using Collibra and Unity Catalog.

You will collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards, deliver the metadata roadmap, and promote best practices while contributing to a transformative data program with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of data governance best practices and metadata management values.
DAM A qualification is highly desirable.
Experience in data governance within large or regulated environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Roadmap delivery: plan and execute metadata roadmap deliverables.
Tooling enhancement: develop capabilities in Collibra and Unity Catalog.
Stakeholder collaboration with Data Owners and Data Stewards for data delivery and governance.
Promote best practice: demonstrate metadata tooling features to stakeholders.
Process improvement: identify automation opportunities in data workflows.
Coaching stakeholders on the value of metadata management.
