• Fluent German and English with the ability to run workshops and write designs in German and English.
• Fully remote work from the UK or Europe with right to work in country.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and process workshops with German-speaking business users in German.
• Produce fit-gap analysis detailing configurations and customisations and draft the target process and solution design.
• Define and defend the design to the delivery team and guide testing and sign-off, reporting to the programme in English.
