Job summary

Hays Technology is recruiting a Cyber Resilience Specialist to support a high-profile Operational Resilience programme. You will link cyber threats to business service impacts and resilience outcomes, working with security, technology operations and risk teams to strengthen resilience capabilities.

You will translate findings into actionable improvements and engage stakeholders across technology and risk functions to support strategic resilience objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cyber Resilience and related security operations.
• Ability to translate cyber risks into business impacts and resilience outcomes.
• Knowledge of Operational Resilience principles and service mapping.

Responsibilities

• Assess cyber threats, vulnerabilities and controls related to resilience outcomes.
• Develop and support severe but plausible resilience scenarios and testing.
• Translate security findings into business service impacts and resilience risk.
• Collaborate with security, risk, operations and service owners.
• Support governance, reporting, RAID management and resilience assurance.
• Contribute to service mapping and crisis/impact tolerance planning.
• Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen resilience capabilities.
