Job summary

Arco Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Remote Creative Lead to drive the design direction for events, exhibitions and temporary environments. You will work closely with the Head of Design and production teams to translate concepts into buildable, high-quality output.

The role requires senior design leadership, strong presentation skills, and a track record of mentoring teams in fast-paced environments. This is a remote opportunity with a dynamic, creative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in design or design leadership roles (design/build experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a design team.
• Strong conceptual and practical design development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day creative output across events, exhibitions and temporary environments.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to designers at all levels.
• Mentor and develop design team members and maintain high creative standards.
• Collaborate with Head of Design, project management, production and technical teams to balance creativity with feasibility and budget.
