Job summary

Mindler’s Ieso unit delivers evidence-based counselling for NHS patients across the UK. As a self-employed affiliate, you’ll provide video sessions and occasional typed sessions, offering flexible scheduling and nationwide reach.

You must hold BACP accreditation, CfD qualification, and an Enhanced DBS, with professional indemnity insurance and references. Access to a secure laptop is required, and NHS emails are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BACP Accreditation.
• CfD Qualification required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (incl Adults & Children) within 12 months or on Update Service.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance (min £1m).
• Two professional references (e.g., supervisor and line manager).
• Access to a secure laptop/PC with auto-lock (max 5 minutes inactivity).
• Personal email address (NHS emails not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Counselling for Depression via video sessions to NHS patients.
• Deliver sessions remotely, with occasional typed sessions as needed.
• Manage caseload with a recommended minimum of 5 patients.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with safeguarding requirements.
