Responsibilities

• Consulting: Lead 'content calls' with our clients, asking the right questions to uncover insights.
• Copywriting: Write intelligent, strategic and appealing thought leadership content for clients’ LinkedIn.
• Relationship management: Build, nurture, retain, and grow client relationships.
• Research: Monitor industry and cultural trends to craft reactive content.
• Reporting: Report weekly to your line manager and other relevant stakeholders.
• Business initiative: Proactively support the wider business, your peers, and the leadership team in making process improvements, implementing change, and evolving our culture.
