Job summary

Compliance Professionals is seeking a generalist compliance professional for a London‑based role focused on SMF16 & SMF17. This is a fully remote position offering 25–30 hours per week and requires strong AML, regulatory, and reporting capabilities to support the FCA regime for a UK MiFIDPRU investment firm.

You will act as a point of contact for AML queries, support the MLRO, assist with onboarding, policy updates, board reporting, and development of dashboards.

Qualifications

• Generalist compliance and AML experience ideally within the Retail Brokerage space.
• Comfort with remote working or remote management support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer literacy with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for AML and compliance queries.
• Support MLRO and potentially grow into MLRO role.
• Assist with onboarding of clients and non-standard onboarding.
• Assist in policy updates, board reporting and new product work.
• Develop dashboards or reporting packs for compliance/AML.
