You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting an impressive client portfolio that includes listed companies, regulated entities and top-tier law firms. Key duties include managing company incorporations, handling share transactions and officer changes, maintaining Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint) records and advising clients on company secretarial compliance and governance matters. This role offers premium client exposure and opportunities not typically available at firms of this size.
We're looking for candidates with at least two years' experience in a professional services or in-house company secretarial role. Ideally, you'll be part- or fully CGIqualified, confident using Diligent Entities and have strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006. A client-focused attitude, excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset are essential.
