• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Experience with structural steel or specialist subcontract packages.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of structural steel contracts from award to final account.
• Support Project Directors and Managers with commercial strategy.
• Preparation and management of CVRs, WIP, and applications for payment.
