ILOS is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to lead the commercial performance of its UK utility-scale solar PV assets as they transition to operations. You will own SPV financial performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with O&M providers, finance and project teams.

Role involves monitoring contracts, revenue streams, KPIs and risk, with occasional travel to international offices. Strong Excel and finance skills are essential for timely, accurate reporting and decision support.

Competenze

• Experience in renewable energy asset management or commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of PPAs, O&M agreements and SPV financial performance.
• Ability to interpret operational data from a commercial perspective.

Mansioni

• Manage commercial performance of operational solar assets including PPAs, land, grid, EPC and service agreements.
• Monitor KPIs, warranties, claims, disputes, renewals and contract changes with stakeholders.
• Oversee contracted and merchant revenue, settlement, curtailment and commercial optimization opportunities.
