Job summary

A leading cloud technology provider in the UK is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. The role involves working with cloud-based VOIP and Microsoft Teams solutions. Responsibilities

  • Provide a new and key function within the technology team.
  • Work with the Infrastructure and development technology.
  • Determine aspects of applications that should be monitored.
  • Manage alerts and solutions for issue resolution and capacity planning.

Skills

strong verbal and written communication
commercial experience of automation tooling and best practice
knowledge of contemporary monitoring, analytic tooling and best practice
Experience with Automation and orchestration platforms
experience working large scale, 24/7 enterprise where system uptime and stability is key
expertise in multiple platforms linux and Azure Paas (App service, SQL etc)
Understand Real time voice traffic, including SIP and RTP
Microsoft teams experience and understanding
