Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support PLM environments across the UK. The role blends hands-on technical work with collaboration across application, database, network and security teams to ensure high availability and performance.

The position is fully remote with UK coverage, offering flexibility while remaining part of a global team within the CaPS (Cloud Application Services) Team. On-call duties are included in a rotating schedule with additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and concept development for software and product development.
• Knowledge of ALM/PLM business processes and lifecycle.
• Basic Linux and Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Experience installing SISW Software solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of requirements and system engineering in software projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance during implementation and configuration of ALM/PLM solutions for customers.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support, including shift-based work, for continuous operation.
• Handle and resolve L2 tickets and incidents for ALM/PLM applications.
• Apply patches and updates in Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Maintain Knowledge Management documentation with best practices.
