Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to help train and evaluate AI on clinical research workflows. You will oversee trials end-to-end, manage budgets, and coordinate with CROs and sites, applying real-world operations knowledge to AI outputs.

This remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the autonomy to work independently while contributing to cutting-edge AI in healthcare.

Qualifications

• End-to-end clinical trial management experience.
• Budget forecasting and tracking experience.
• Vendor/CRO coordination and regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assess study forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor spend.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and provide feedback throughout lifecycle.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for real-world applicability.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
