Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater who speaks Romanian to support clinical trials on a remote basis. The role involves reviewing patient assessments, scoring scales, and participating in calibration discussions with raters.

This is a part-time, remote engagement averaging 10–16 hours per month, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, clinical background, and comfort with structured interviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, psychiatric nursing, or social work.
• Experience administering psychiatric assessments or structured interviews (PANSS/SCID) is valued.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions.
• Conduct patient interviews and clinical assessments remotely.
• Administer, score, and interpret clinical rating scales.
• Provide feedback to raters on methodology and scoring.
• Submit documentation on schedule.
• Maintain protocol compliance and data quality standards.
