Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FSP360 team performance to deliver quality clinical solutions.
• Partner with FSP Lead to align on deliverables and KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure training compliance and administrative oversight for the team.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and manage escalation paths.
