Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Associate to learn how our business works, support day-to-day project management, and develop strong client relationships. You will be the go-to person on your team, coordinating tasks, meetings, timelines, and preparing status reports under guidance.

You will build experience across healthcare communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn to manage external suppliers while maintaining high standards and ABPI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support client delivery and day-to-day project management.
• Be the go-to person on the team for completing tasks and coordinating meetings.
• Own meeting logistics, agendas, status reports and timelines.
• Capture accurate meeting minutes and drive action items to completion.
• Prepare project timelines in collaboration with team members.
• Build relationships with clients and manage external suppliers.
• Organise logistics for meetings/events and ensure budget alignment.
• Ensure adherence to ABPI Code of Practice.
